Haleigh Doane, MSN, is a compassionate and highly skilled Nurse Practitioner at Mir Neurology and Spine Center. With her expertise in women’s health and a focus on the intersection of reproductive and neurological conditions, Haleigh provides comprehensive care to patients experiencing neurological disorders that hormonal or reproductive health issues may influence. She also brings valuable experience in treating neuroendocrine conditions.

Haleigh holds a Master of Science in Nursing from Regis College, where she specialized in Women’s Health and a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the Massachusetts College of Pharmacy and Health Science. Throughout her education and training, she gained diverse clinical experience in Fenway Community Health Center and Four Women’s Health Services settings.

Haleigh’s clinical interests include the neurological impacts of hormone therapy, the role of reproductive health in neurological conditions, and the care of patients with conditions such as migraines, epilepsy, and multiple sclerosis. She is also experienced in administering Botox for the management of chronic migraines and other neurological conditions, offering patients an additional treatment option to improve their quality of life. Additionally, she is skilled in interpreting EEGs, helping to diagnose and monitor neurological disorders.

Her interdisciplinary approach ensures that patients dealing with both neurological and reproductive health issues receive a holistic, integrated care plan tailored to their unique needs.

In addition to her clinical work, Haleigh has lectured on gender-diverse populations in OBGYN, and her certifications in HIV/AIDS care and sexual assault nursing further support her ability to address a wide range of patient needs. She is ACLS certified, ensuring she is prepared to manage patients in acute neurological situations.
