Mir Neurology uses TalkPHR as our secure patient portal. TalkPHR gives existing patients a private, HIPAA-compliant way to access their health records, communicate with the care team, and manage follow-up information between visits — all from a computer or mobile device.
Through TalkPHR, existing Mir Neurology patients can access their medical records and visit summaries, send secure messages to the care team, review and update personal health information, and track their care history over time.
Portal access is set up at your first Mir Neurology appointment. Our staff will provide you with instructions and an invitation to register your TalkPHR account. If you have already been seen at Mir Neurology and have not yet activated your portal account, call our office at (301) 797-7600 and we will help you get set up.

Once registered, you can access your patient portal at any time by visiting or clicking the Patient Portal link in our menu: talkphr.com.
