Follow this simple step-by-step onboarding guide to activate your Patients Portal account and access TalkPHR 360 securely from your mobile device.
You will receive an invitation on BOTH your email and cellphone containing the secure link and registration PIN.
Open the registration link. Your phone/email and PIN will already be entered. If your PIN becomes invalid, simply click Re‑Generate PIN and continue.
Set up a secure password for your account using uppercase letters, numbers, and special characters.
Fill out your intake information including contact details, medical information, and required forms.
Once registration is complete, you'll be redirected to your Patients Portal Dashboard.
Visit the App Store or Google Play and install the TalkPHR 360 – CareCloud app on your mobile device.
Login using your registered email/phone number and the password you created earlier.
Your Patients Portal is now active and ready to use for appointments, forms, messaging, and billing.
