It has survived not only five centuries, but also the leap into electronic typesetting, remaining essentially unchanged.

Nerve Conduction Study (NCS)

Your EMG test consists of two parts. The first part is called Nerve Conduction Study. During this test, brief electrical shocks are delivered to your arm or leg to evaluate the status of the peripheral nerve fibers by recording how well small electrical impulses travel through the fiber nerves

Electromyography (EMG) Test

The second part of the EMG nerve test is a needle examination – and as the name implies, it involves a small painless needle. There are no electrical shocks during the needle exam and the needles used are thin. Electromyography (EMG) records the electrical activity in the muscle cells directly.

Electroencephalogram Testing (EEG)

An electroencephalogram (EEG) is a test used to evaluate the electrical activity in the brain. Brain cells communicate with each other through electrical impulse. An EEG can be used to help detect potential problems associated with this activity.

Testimonials

  • I couldn't walk after an accident. Dr. Mir did a session on it and now I am walking pretty well instead of using crutches or a cane. He and his team are no doubt the best. They treated me as a family and after the treatment, I feel better. I appreciate his services as a doctor and patient.

  • Dr. Mir is a very nice person, he takes time to listen carefully to what his patient has to say. Everyone in this center is very nice, they are all truly dedicated to their patients. We had a great experience with Dr. Mir's neurology and spine center, my dad was in pain for months he started feeling better!
