Samantha Nazaroff, DNP, NP earned her Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) in Advanced Nursing Practice from Arizona State University. She also completed a Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) at Grand Canyon University and a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) at Chamberlain College of Nursing. Her clinical expertise includes addiction medicine, medication-assisted treatment (MAT), opioid use disorder and alcohol use disorder care, and pain and spine care. She also has experience with trigger point injections and joint injections as part of outpatient musculoskeletal and pain management care.
Samantha Nazaroff, DNP, NP has worked across outpatient clinics, substance use treatment programs, home health, and hospital care. At MirNeurology, she focuses on careful evaluation and clear follow-up. She takes time to understand your symptoms, reviews your history and current medications, and then builds a treatment plan you can follow.
Her clinical background includes medication-assisted treatment for opioid use disorder and alcohol use disorder. In these settings, she supported patients through recovery with regular visits, counseling, education, and close medication monitoring, including injectable and oral therapies used in treatment programs.
She also has strong experience in pain and spine focused practices. She evaluated patients with chronic pain and spine related concerns, explained options and next steps, and helped manage ongoing care plans. Her outpatient work also included trigger point and joint injections as part of broader pain and function management.
Earlier in her career, she worked as a Registered Nurse in orthopedic and spine post-surgical care and in-home nursing. This built a strong base in patient safety, symptom monitoring, medication management, and coordinated care for patients with complex needs.
